The Pre-Trial Diversion Program (PTD)diverts nonviolent defendants from the court system into an individualized/supervised program. If the defendant completes the program, the case will result in no conviction. If the PTD program is NOT completed, the defendant will appear before the court and be sentenced as they would for any other conviction.
Criteria for Eligibility:
- Be 18 years or older
- Admit guilt
- Be approved by the District Attorney
- Sign a PTD agreement
- No DUI’s or CDL Licenses accepted
